how do I get an access as a viewer to a specific page?

We used to have an access to the page in confluence below, but recently it was blocked. How can we get the access back??

Welcome to the community !!

From the screenshot, I can confirm 2 things.

You are using confluence server / Data center version hosting type.
You have access to the page. If there was permission issue, then you would not be able to see information macro, likes, comments section from the page

Incase if any data/text is missing from the page, please check with the last updated user or creator of the page. You can also use page history and compare what was changed.
i.e. Click on Action menu (3 dots on the right top corner of the page) --> History

You need to contact confluence administrator in your organization or your lead/manager who can assist you.
