Hello! Really hope someone can tell me why the Epic logo isn't showing. This happens for all our JWM users. Can you advise if there is a setting I need to check? I am the admin for our Jira software but my no means an expert. Thank you.

Could you please confirm if JWM is a cloud based or Self hosted ?
Cloud :-) I always forget to mention this.
If its cloud I would recommend you to reach out Atlassian Support for help.
