"Unable to find resource '/template/simple/textarea.vm' " after upgrade to 8.3.3

Dear community,

we ran into problems after upgrading a dockered Confluence Server from 8.3.2 to 8.3.3 due to CVE-2023-22515.

After the upgrade confluence shows the error

License Inconsistency: Confluence support and upgrades for your current license have expired

When accessing the page to enter the license key, a system error is shown with the cause

Unable to find resource '/template/simple/textarea.vm' 

In the docker logs we see the error

Catalina-utility-1 ERROR Unable to create Filter com.atlassian.confluence.impl.logging.filter.BurstFilter due to ClassNotFoundException:com.atlassian.confluence.impl.logging.filter.BurstFilter java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.atlassian.confluence.impl.logging.filter.BurstFilter

Hi,

we managed to fix this issue by creating the "simple" theme in the confluence docker container which then allowed us to re-enter our current license and restart confluence.

We created the "simple" theme by copying the aui theme into the direcetory confluence expected the simple theme to exist in as follows:

docker exec -it confluence_app_1 /bin/bash

cd /opt/atlassian/confluence/confluence/template
cp -r aui simple

We could then reload the page to enter our license key, enter the key and restart confluence.
