How do I get the Public Key in JIRA 5.2.4.1?

before I can get it from http://serverName/JIRA/plugins/servlet/oauth/view-consumer-info

This link is not working in JIRA 5.2.4.1

Please help.

But in JIRA 5.2.4, the "JIRA" in the above link is removed.
