Need to switch from http to https for jira service (on data center)

Hi ,

My Jira URL is like http://<port_number>:8080/

I want to change the http to https and also want to update the port number as well.

I might need SSL related documentation too for this.

Can you please help to share me any guide with step by step procedure.
