Workflow Migration from Test installation to Production installation

I am in a pickle here, We have a test installation of JIRA where I tested my workflow and many other changes to the existing project and now since it has been approved by higher management I have to implement the same in production installation.

I am not sure what is best way to do it.

Any guidance would be highly appreciated.....
