confluence data center to cloud experiene

we are currently reviewing/comparing confluence cloud vs data center.

wondering if anyone can share their experience on a migration to confluence cloud

pros/cons

are they happy they converted to cloud?

pros/cons

we have some 3rd party integrations that will remain on prem so will have a hybrid environment

our JIRA and bitbucket integrations are "on prem" and are not migrating to cloud at this time.

I don't understand "we have some 3rd party integrations that will remain on prem so will have a hybrid environment ". If you want to move to the cloud you need to verify that all your 3rd part app will be compatible in the target solution. You can't achieve an "hybrid" env.
