I'm not getting email or notifications for invites

m-abozaid

Hi

Bitbucket repository owner has send me an email invite to join the repo, But I'm not getting any.

I have checked the spam folder and I don't see invites in there.

The repo owner tried to send the email invite again but it didn't help.

I have been added to repositories before using the same email, although I remember there was an issue getting the invitation then as well, it took multiple tries.

Thanks

Ben

G'day!

I have checked our internal mail suppression list and cannot see your email address listed here, nor can I see any SMTP bounces received from your mail server.

There is a chance that notifications are disabled on your account which will block invitation emails and other emails from us - we have a comprehensive guide below on how to check these settings and troubleshoot further:

Hope this helps, please let me know how it goes.

Cheers!
