Hi hi,
Is there a way to modify the text that is displayed on the login page under the "Don't have a login?" section - I would like to put a text there with an e-mail address because it's often the case that users don't know who their JIRA administrator is.
Best Regards,
Sigrun
Hi Sigrun,
Yes, you can. Please refer to How to Customise the Login Gadget for how to do so.
Cheers.
You can refer to Tiago's instructions here.
Hi,
Thank you for your reply. Does this work for ondemand?
BR,
It would, but you can't modify the code in OnDemand, so you can't actually apply the changes.
Please watch and vote for this feature request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-330
This is for an announcement banner - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Admins-notify-your-Jira-instance-of-system-wide-changes-with-the/ba-p/1841132
THis is for a log in message on the help center/portal https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-a-login-message-in-your-help-center/
Hope it helps
Yes, you can customize the text displayed on the JIRA login page under the "Don't have a login?" section. This can typically be done through the JIRA admin settings by modifying the login message to include your support email address.
Adding a contact email not only helps users quickly find assistance but also enhances user experience, reducing frustration and potential delays in access. This proactive approach can improve overall productivity and streamline support processes within your business.
Best regards!
