How to download a backup copy of Confluence?

I tried the following:

Space tools - Content tools - Export - HTML - Normal export

But it has been in "Starting" state for 3 hours and 0 % is complete.

What could be the issue?

I have system administration permits (I have all the permits checked)

Problem is persisting, but I am trying to export HTML copy, not XML.

What could I do to solve this?

I would suggest you to raise a support case with atlassian vendor and attached the logs for further troubleshooting.
