Trying to mark an epic as done gives an error

Question

On a board, looking at the Epic Panel I have lots of old epics I want to remove. I click on the three dots and select "Mark as Done". I get the following error.

Invalid value '12102' passed for customfield 'Epic Status'. Allowed values are: 12103[ToDo], 10702 [In Progress], 12105[Done], -1

The epic itself has epic status "Done" so I don't understand why I can't Mark as Done from the Epic panel. But it fails and doesn't get removed.

Yes. It turns out the system needed re-indexing to fix this issue. Thanks for asking anyway. Hopefully at least having a log of this will help anyone else with the same issue.

Do the Epics in status "Done" have a resolution set?
