Issue level security on a JSM project - assignee in a group can see only assigned tickets

can I set issue level security on a JSM project so that the assignee who is the member of a group can only see tickets they are assigned to?

Hi @StephanieC - To accomplish something like this, you would need a security level for each assignee. Then you would configure a rule like this:

TRIGGER: Field Value Changed (Assignee)
IF CONDITION
- Assignee = Assignee1
- ACTION: Edit Issue (Security Level)
  - Assignee1 Security Level
ELSE CONDITION
- Assignee = Assignee2
- ACTION: Edit Issue (Security Level)
  - Assignee2 Security Level
Repeat as necessary for your team
