Looking for user management tools in Confluence

Question

I would like to find users who have not logged in within a certain time.  Is there a way to list users that way?

There is a 'Confluence Users Summary' macro which claims to do this, but  the last login times are all blank.

Are there other tools for managing thousands of users?

Hi @Ken Poulton ,

I hope the answer provided here will help you to find the tool for managing users in Confluence.

Finding the right tool on the Atlassian Marketplace can be challenging. That's why my team is close to launching a tool that might help you and others facing similar challenges - Marketplace Reporter.

With it, you can explore Atlassian Marketplace data and find the best app for your needs by filtering parameters on dashboards without conducting manual research.

So, it could be one of the ways to save time and ensure you're choosing the most suitable tool for your specific requirements.

Feel free to check it out and see how it can benefit you,

Best regards,

Yes. I'd suggest using a marketplace app as I assume you want to bulk deactivate users or action on them somehow. Look at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=dataCenter&product=confluence&query=user%20management to explore some of the apps that will help you with that.
