Documentation needed for Time Reports By Andriy Zhdanov

Question

Hi,

I am using Time Reports Plugin for Jira By Andriy Zhdanov and I would like to count logged hours but not starting with 0:00 time of day but for example starting from 14:00.
I couldn't find any documentation for this plugin. Most fields are intuitive, but for example Offset field is not clear what is used for or the measurment unit.

If there is documentation available please send me a link.
