Welcome to the community. From your image, it doesn't look like a normal UI for Atlassian app. Unless your env have some type of re-direction customization setup where it will redirect the login to the actual Atlassian JSM app UI.
The best recommendation is for you to contact your site's admins for further support. This is a community forum and we don't manage your site.
