Exception during health check invocation java.lang.IllegalStateException: Base URL misconfigured

After a fresh Datacenter install and restore my site migrated from cloud. I got this exception message from instance health check:

Exception during health check invocation java.lang.IllegalStateException: Base URL misconfigured

 

However, the base URL configuration is the same as the URL in my browser.

 

How do I fix this issue?

Fixed by change base URL and remove port. System will give a warning, then change back to URL with port. Not sure what's the root cause.
