That query will show all issues updated in the last three days!
You need the ones not updated in the last three days (except the one that are already closed):
updated <= -3d and status != closed

Hey George,

I think you look for something like this

updated <= startofday(-3d) 
to search issues in the past which weren't modified - in the example 3days
