Account creation

Question

Dear admin,

I have been trying to create an account with my yahoo mail, ododhfriday33@yahoo.com but i'm not getting a verification link. My company has just added some task for me using the yahoo mail address but I can't create an account to access it. Kindly look into this. Thanks

@Andy Heinzer Thanks for coming through. Have been able to create an account.

Hi @Odoh Friday Sorry to hear about this problem.  I found this error message in our logs:

421 4.7.0 [TSS04] Messages from 156.70.150.19 temporarily deferred due to unexpected volume or user complaints - 4.16.55.1; see https://postmaster.yahooinc.com/error-codes

It would appear that one of the IPs we use to send these verification messages has been blocked by your mail provider.  I have reached out to my mail support team, and their suggestion has been to keep trying to resend the verification.  Eventually the message with either send from a different IP or your mail host is expected to remove this temporary block.

Thanks that will be helpful for Atlassian support.  It might take a day to before they get to it.
