Pluggin Integration Settings did not load

Hello, when i accsess page "Integration Settings" for pluggin i can just see following screen: 500 Sorry, we had some technical problems during your last operation, with a log like: 

java.lang.NullPointerException
	at com.empyra.snc.repository.LicenseRepository.getLicense(LicenseRepository.java:32) [?:?]
	at com.empyra.snc.webwork.IntegrationSettingsViewWebworkAction.execute(IntegrationSettingsViewWebworkAction.java:89) [?:?]

Trial License untill 13.09.2023

I would advice you to contact the vendor of the app.

Seems to be a license issue.

The log tells me it's a license from a plugin of the company Empyra
