For a ticket, when you go to the Email This Issue form to send out to recipients, is there any way to add attachments to the body or mail?

You can select the issue attachments you want to attach to the email and append all issue comments as well. You recipients will receive all pieces of information necessary to full understand the issue they receive.

Great! Thank you. I didn't realize we needed to attach the files first from the JIRA issue and then the dropdown list would appear in the "Email This Issue" form.
