Shared Page, but Other Get Page Not Found

Melissa R Tolbert

I have shared a newly created space with others via the SHARE button at the top right, however when the click on the link I sent them, it says Page Not Found.

How can I give them access to view the page?

Do I have to give everyone their own individual access?

Welcome to the Atlassian community @Melissa R Tolbert

Confluence has several layers of permissions in place

- General access to the system / can log in permissions

- Access to dedicated spaces

- Access to restricted pages

Most likely you will need to grant the users access to the space where your pages is part of, you can check who has access by following the steps described at Check who can view a page

Hope that helps

All the best

Kurt
