ho can i add the attachment part of the description , i know it is appended but it not convenient to see it in the ticket, specially the app, that why i am trying to add it part of the description

Unfortunately, the alert notes section is the only place that allows attachments to be added. The other sections only support text or links, but not files.
the problem some email alerts they add the content as html (file) which make it no convenience we see it in Opsgenie alerts ( we need to click the attachments then click the file to see it)
