Trying to Move the ticket form one board to different baord in same project but move option is not providing that option#

In order to move an issue from one project to another, please ensure you have "Move Issues" project permission on both projects in the Permission Scheme.
Considering you are moving the issue in the same project, please do verify if you have the required permissions to move an issue.

The issues you can see on a board are determined by the filter used for the board. If you want an issue to be visible on a different board (but within the same project), you'll need to update the filters on both boards. For example, on the 'old' board, you'll need to add conditions to exclude the issue in question, and on the 'new' board, conditions to include it.
You can access the board settings from the ... menu on the top right corner of your board.
If you have different boards under a project, you need to check what filters each boards has.
In your Project Board Setting go to General and see the Filter or Saved Filter section. If you have proper right you will see the edit filter query.
If both of the filter query contains your Jira ticket, the ticket will be displayed in both of the boards.
Next thing to consider is the Card Layout. Make sure that the ticket status and your board has that status in it. Otherwise, though the ticket is listed in the Filter, the ticket won't be displayed in the board.
