Your url would end with .atlassian.net

However, if your boss can see it and you can't, then the answer is different - he has admin rights, and you do not.

How can I check that I am in the cloud? My boss see this button's! =)

My guess is that you're on Cloud, so you can't install the non-cloud add-ons.
