How do I renew my access to our Teams calendar in Confluence

Our calendar in now only read only in confluence and states I need to ask my administer to renew my Teams Calendars subscription

Are you the confluence admin? If not you will need to talk to your admin as they will need to fix your instances team calendar licensing.
