Billing for users with No Site Access?

It seems I am getting billed for users with no site access. Do I have to remove users completely to stop being billed for them

Hi @Amory Wakefield

You shouldn't need to.

You just need to remove users from all product access, which is often based on Group membership in Jira Server/DC.
