We have the situation that a page is included via the include page macro in multiple other pages. Is there a macro or solution that let you create a report which pages does include a specific page?

You can search for all pages which has include macro to do so you can use the following link:
However, I don't think OOTB there is a way to show pages which are including a specific page. With third-party apps in the marketplace this might be doable.
