how to let customer add multiple options with quantity of each one?

Question

how to let customer add multiple options with quantity of each one (like an order form with "Add new" button)?

Can you suggest any plugin? or even a groovy script to be added?

Jira does not have a field type that works that way, and I'm not aware of any apps that can provide one.

The closest I can get you is

* Use a multi-select list - all the entries go into one field, but you can add as many as you like
* Have a look at the apps at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=server&product=jira&query=table%20grid - most of them let you create variable length lists of varying form (although the fields they provide are still single fields)
