Opsgenie's JIRA integration

Question

Hello - we are unable to make work the bidirectional integration between jira and opsgenie.

We succeed in creating jira ticket from an alert in opsgenie + opsgenie alert is acknowledge if jira status change to in progress.

However, comment are not added (from ops to jira and the other way around) and alert status is not changed accordingly from JIRA to opsgenie (except for the acknowledgment).

Anyone an idea ?

Good question about the legacy or new, idk.

Bellow screenshots of the configuration, but it's mostly default.
What works: 
- jira issue creation based on opsgenie alert
- opsgenie acknowledgment when jira issue changed to in progresse

All the rest doesn't work

Do you have a printscreen of your actions configuration?

Also, which integration are you using? Legacy or the New integration method?
