Bob Swift Clone+ bulkclone possible without CLI?

Question

Hi, A client of mine recently bought Clone+ to be able to clone issues between projects. Now I'm trying to make the operation as simple as possible for the users and was wondering if following scenario is possible without the CLI add-on:

Run a JQL and bulk clone the result in one operation instead of the user having to manually clone each individual issue?
