Unable to BulkClone issues in Jira 4.2.

Hello,

I am a Jira instance admin and unable to BulkClone the Issues.

I have:

- added the plugin in {JIRA-HOME}/plugins/installed-plugins as suggested in the notes

- the Browse project, Create, Move, Modify, Delete issues permission

- created the BulkClone group and added myself to it

I can see the "Bulk Clone" tab under the browse project LHS panel, however, see a blank screen when I cselect it and so unable to upload the sheet and Bulk Clone the issues.

Anything you guys can suggest?

FYi -

We use:

- BulkClone Plugin version 1.0.4

- Jira version 4.2.2

Error received:

ResourceManager : unable to find resource 'templates/plugins/jira/projectpanels/bulkclone-panel.vm' in any resource loader.

Do I need to restart my VM for this change? Because Jira is installed on a Linux VM.
