How to use custom fields created in Jira Software in JPD?
I wouldn't want the rework of creating JPD fields that already exist in Jira Software

Until Atlassian has JPD projects that can be created using the "Company-managed" architecture, this will continue to be a problem. Currently JPD projects are built as "Team-managed" so they are siloed and cannot share configurations with other projects. This includes the fields available within the project.

When I commented basically the same thing on this post, @Rohan Swami indicated it would be addressed in the future. As far as I'm aware there is no public roadmap, so I don't know what prioritization this has. Maybe Rohan can comment?
