Hi @M. Cristina Pullen ,

The error message you provided indicates that there is a problem rendering a Confluence page due to multiple errors in the system. The specific cause of the error seems to be related to rendering templates for various decorators and encountering an issue with comments on the page.

The error message also mentions an exception related to Hibernate, a framework used for database access and object-relational mapping in Confluence. It indicates that there is a problem resolving the owner of a loading collection for second-level caching.

To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

1. Clear Confluence's plugin cache: Go to the Confluence administration console, navigate to "Manage apps" or "Manage add-ons," find the plugin related to the error (if known), and clear its cache.
2. Restart Confluence: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary issues or conflicts.
3. Disable recently installed plugins: If you recently installed any new plugins or made any configuration changes, try disabling them temporarily to see if the error persists.
4. Check Confluence logs: Look for any additional error messages or stack traces in the Confluence logs. They might provide more detailed information about the underlying issue.
5. Contact Atlassian Support: If the issue persists and you're unable to resolve it on your own, it's recommended to reach out to Atlassian Support for further assistance. Provide them with the specific error message and any relevant log entries to help them diagnose the problem more effectively.

Keep in mind that the steps provided are general troubleshooting suggestions, and the actual solution may depend on the specific configuration and setup of your Confluence instance.
