We want to do a fresh Jira install on the same server, the DB will not be saved. A kind of a fresh start.
Does the server ID change on reinstall?
Does a possible sedver ID change affect the license in any way?

I think the server ID changes when you dont import your old data backup. But for me that was never a promlem, I just changed in my.atlassian.com account and everything went fine...
