KPB is a external tool for article management. Want to access the article from this tool using JSM. Is this possbile? If yes, how to do it?

Thank you Nic. It works with Confluence. Would it be possible to use the JSM to connect to external knowledge Base tool. (KB publisher)
I'm afraid not. You could write an app (for server) that could enable it to hook up to other KB software, but they would need to have a good understanding of how the target system type works, and be able to enable Jira to search and suggest from it.
