Data residency EAP Intelligence applicable

Just got accepted for the EAP. As a Consultant I am org admin for a variety of Atlassian customers. Obviously I would love to test out the new features and functionality but the client that was selected will definitely ask me one question in particular. Is there anything that can be said about data residency or is the functionality function without any data being transferred. I have read through the privacy & security part of AI but couldn't see anything related to this.
