Configured fields

Question

Hello,

When I create Epic issuetype,  " Shirt Size" is not visible unless I checked in in the configure fields tab. Same for the story issuetype " story points" are not visible unless I check the box under the configure fields tab. I have checked the issue type screen scheme and they both are select as required. What should I do these fields to be shown when i create issues without checking all the fields? Any inputs????

Same thing happends to me - how to configure Custom Field to be shown on issue creation page (need to enter "Configure Fields" tab to enable it).

They are all available under the configure fields tab but I have to check them to make them visible when I create issues.

Are the fields on your screen?

Try using the "Where is my field?" helper under the admin menu on an issue view screen.
