We are moving agile env, we need to setup JIRA board for our team. Who do I need to contact?

Do you already have access to the Jira product? Does your company already have a Jira environment running? Or, does your company need to get started setting up a Jira environment?
If your company already has a Jira environment, you will need to contact the administrators of that environment within your own company for help setting up your use of Jira.
If your company does not already have a Jira environment, they can establish a Cloud environment from here:

I assume the board got created when you created the project, and you just need help to configure the board. Is that correct? If so, what kinds of things are you trying to do?
