Why can't I configure the page blueprint

Hi, I created a page blueprint in my personal space and now I can't click the button to configure it. Can you tell me why? Page blueprint.JPG

are you sure that blueprint has not been defined as global one? In that case, you should be able to edit it in General Configuration -> Global Templates and Blueprints
