While trying backup getting erro, and it seems the exported file is in corrupted

Are you taking backup in Jira server or Jira Cloud..?

You do realize that there are billions of different "errors" along with billions of different causes for it.
In the export file , (zip file)--> when open contains 2 files activeobjects and entities. Now entities have values. active objects file has no value.
From where the activeobjects are coming from JIRA
Could you please share the error while taking the backup..?
