jsm proformanece error

Question

The jira service management plugin released to the Atlas market reported an error of 500 during the annual performance review. According to the official documentation, the last two scripts were unable to retrieve the elements, resulting in a timeout.

I am not a vendor but I am a customer of Atlassian product.  We contact Atlassian Support to obtain technical support for Atlassian's products.

We are a plugin supplier ourselves, but we need to conduct performance testing on a testing platform built on some data documents provided by Atlas. Due to some issues that occurred during this process, we would like to inquire here if there are any solutions.

Welcome to the community.  If this is a third party add-on, then you should reach out the vendor for technical assistance as it is not owned by Atlassian.

What is the exact name of the add-on?
