We do have an integration with Grafana:

Currently, the integration only sends alerts from Grafana to Opsgenie, though we have a feature request logged for a bi-directional integration.

As this integration also relies on the API on the Grafana side, we recommend you also reach out to Grafana Support for expediting this requirement.
