Hi everyone,
JQL: How to get the result of latest 5 or 10 issues only?
Thanks.
Regards,
Hi @Saqib Dar
There's no option in JQL to do this unfortunately. Aka no equivalent of a 'TOP' option in SQL.
As an alternative, you could:
1. Create a dashboard filter list widget and limit it's results to 102. Use the Jira REST API to only return 10 values using maxresults
Hope that helps - Steve.
You can use "order by created DESC" list all the issues first.
Then see the fifth, confirm the createddate.
Finally, add the createddate<= yy-mm-dd HH:mm

hey got it i was trying to get the result through JQL but unfortunately nothing get. However, through REST API when achieve this by setting max result to 5 or 10
in this case you will n numbers of issues if its created on that day
Hello there,
You need a plugin that provides this JQL to limit the search result.
You can try GO! JQL: Essential JQL Functions. The JQL below may help you.
issue in limitedResults("ORDER BY created DESC", "10")
Here is the documentation.
