Granting permission

Hi, This is Taehee Kim.

I'm using your service in my company, and I'm an administrator of your service page.

So I want to grant permissions to my team member, but the message "Group (team member's name) could not be fond. Please confirm the existence of the group with a Confluence Administrator" pops up on the screen.

Can you give me some guides to solve this problem?

please could you attach a screenshot of your problem? It seems that you are trying to add user in a place where a group is admitted.
