Adding multiple links to an image in Confluence

We have a requirement to create multiple links from an Image. This is exactly same as Taging in Social Networking sites.

Basically, we will have an image, can be a flow chart where we have to link different external addresses to each of these Boxes and Diamonds in the chart.

Is there any workarround to achieve this ?
