Like failed

Jason Friedman1

Version 4.3.2.

I clicked on *Like* at the bottom of the page and I see the red exclamation point which, if hovered over, says *Like failed.*.

If I refresh the page I see that my like was not recorded. Permissions on this space are wide-open (anyone logged in can do anything).

Seems like this might be related to the issue described here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=306349391

More info can be found here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-15614

Hope this helps!

Good thought, but I do not think that is the problem.

mysql> SELECT * FROM FOLLOW_CONNECTIONS WHERE LOWER(FOLLOWEE) NOT IN (SELECT lower_user_name FROM cwd_user);
Empty set (0.00 sec)

In that case, the standard strategy of temporarily disabling third-party plugins/customizations/etc. would be my next suggestion.

Most likely if the calls that are being made when you click 'Like' are failing, your logs will be able to shed some further light on the issue?
