Automation help: Transition Legend Issue to different status once child issue has been created

Context:

• I am in a company managed project
• I have a legend ticket that has its own workflow
• At a later time, an epic child issue will be created within that legend ticket. 
• I would like the rule to trigger once the child issue has been created.

Essentially, if a child issue is created then that means the legend is half way completed (and so i would like it to move to that status by itself)
