How to configure RAM in NGMedium device in dual port configuration and with size 8192x8 bits?

NGMedium device has BRAM of 48k bits size. If user want to configure it in mxn size then how to do it. For example, in a design a RAM of 8192x8 bits is required, then want is the method to configure the RAM such that it offers the user the above size.
