Hi, I accidentally delete an important file. How can I recover it??

If you are trying to recover an issue that you deleted and you are on a server instance you will need to retrieve it from a backup.
If you are trying to retrieve an attachment on an issue you will most likely need to go to a backup as well but you might be able to get it off of the server depending on how it is set up.
