I have integrated between ServiceNow and Jira. Integration was successful but I get this error "Field 'resolution' cannot be set. It is not on the appropriate screen, or unknown."?
Can someone help with this ?
It is what it says it is, "resolution" is not on a transition screen for the transition you're trying to make.
Yep. Make sure that you never add the resolution field to a create or edit screen, it should only be used on transition.
